Description:	The County of Brant along with the Construction Manager, Collaborative Structures Limited (CSL), is requesting responses to a Request for Pre-Qualifications (RTP) from interested, qualified Trade Contractors for the renovation, addition, and expansion of the new Paris Main Branch Library/Bawcutt Centre Building at 13 Burwell Street in Paris, Ontario. This process will follow the County of Brant Purchasing Policy #87-22. Currently CSL is asking interested parties to present their qualifications and express their interest in the project for the following scopes of work: Earthworks, Site Servicing, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Curbs, Concrete Sidewalks Landscaping Concrete Forming Reinforcing Steel Masonry Structural Steel Miscellaneous Metals Millwork Cladding Caulking & Firestopping Roofing Doors & Hardware Glazing/Aluminum Drywall Flooring Access Flooring Painting Specialties, including: Lockers Window Coverings Washroom Accessories Retractable Partitions Elevators Fire Protection Mechanical Electrical
