Description: 

The County of Brant is seeking a contractor for renovations at the Burford Fire Station, located at 13 Potter Drive, Burford, consisting of:

  • Conversion of the current first floor meeting room to a dedicated bunker gear room, 
  • Renovations to the existing first floor kitchen to accommodate a new fully accessible washroom, compliant with AODA standards, 
  • Construction of a new second floor meeting space, new second floor mechanical closet for water system equipment, and new prefabricated stairs,
  • Electrical, mechanical and HVAC improvements to accommodate the proposed architectural renovations.
