For the prequalification of a general contractor for the proposed new two-story multi-tenant medical office building to be constructed at a County owned property on the north-west corner of the intersection of Dundas Street East and Curtis Avenue in the Town of Paris, County of Brant. The building will have a gross floor area of approximately 3,855 m (41,500 sf).  The total project will include building and tenant fit-up construction and associated site works including a new surface parking lot, landscaping and servicing. The estimated construction value for this project is approximately $10.5 million.
