The County of Brant is seeking to prequalify contractors with relevant municipal experience to perform concrete works, including replacement and new construction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, catch basins, and manhole frame and grate adjustments. The work also includes the construction of retaining walls and associated site restoration, such as placement of topsoil, sod, and/or hot mix asphalt. (sidewalk, curb and gutter, adjustments to catch basin and manholes frame and grate, restoration of site including topsoil and sod as well as hot mix asphalt) and to perform retaining wall construction.

This project will cover the years 2026, 2027, and 2028, with an option to extend the contract for three (3), one (1) year periods. This tender will be issued by the Operations – Road Division, through an invitation on the bidding platform and will not affect any other bidding opportunities within the County of Brant. It is the intention of the County that only prequalified Bidders will be allowed to bid for this upcoming project.
